“Poop to Gold” is most definitely a catchy title but reading past the cover this book is all about the Harmon Brothers. A Utah based creative agency that has built campaigns for “Squatty Pottie” and a ton of others. The cool thing about looking at other agencies and how they do business is you get insight into how they developed their culture and have been able to keep a solid success streak. From sharing the secrets on how they pick clients, maintain creative (and strategy control) or how Timmy made it to being a Creative Lead after starting at Harmon Brothers cleaning the floors. It’s always great to get another perspective on how others refined their process and business to become successful. The book is not long but insightful.
